We offer Cedar in its natural state, sorted into Natural and Medium Natural, a lighter shade cedar delivering a stunning impression. Vancouver shutters are also available in a range of painted options. It is used extensively in loft style apartments, barn conversions and really anywhere where you need to achieve a very natural look.

The Portland Shutter Range

Our Portland shutter range is made from yellow poplar whose smooth and consistent grain make it a very robust and high quality hardwood, with an engineered core to prevent any possibility of warping. Portland shutters are well suited to areas where extra durability is required either around the home or for commercial premises.

The Phoenix Shutter Range

Although a hardwood it is also very light allowing design for quite wide openings without having to resort to top tracking. This also enables us to confidently use Phoenix for large (tier on tier) installations where weight would definitely preclude the use of Seattle or similar weight hardwood shutter panels.

The Seattle Shutter Range

Maintenance free and very strong, with a wipe clean surface, impervious to kids with crayons but equally at home in the minimalist bachelor apartment.

The Hollywood Shutter Range

The Hollywood shutter range is made from solid-core PVC UE shutter components representing a major breakthrough for vinyl shutter fabrication! Ideal for harsh environments such as wet rooms, showers, conservatories where condensation or insect infestation could be an issue, kitchen sink windows and anywhere really that needs a tough but good looking window treatment that will last (This is the only shutter we have found that can be used in wet environments. While Cedar shutters can be used in their oiled state they will grey over time and the frames may expand slightly). The new closed-cell composite shutter technology ensures superior strength, stiffness, and although lightweight won’t warp, dent or chip, with high thermal insulation values for superior energy efficiency. Even the stiles are solid core; no need for metal core inserts and hold strip pieces, which can be can be drilled and nailed into, just like wood. Hollywood shutters are available in pre-finished bright white and off white fade-resistant colours in 63mm and 89mm louvers. The surface integrity resists moisture, heat, UV rays, and is certified for flame retardancy.
